 2. The waiting room opens at 6.40pm to allow you sufficient time to join before the meeting start time of 7pm

 3. Important, please note: - Online voting will be carried out using the zoom voting system whereby each attendee will have a single vote. Therefore every member wishing to vote must join the meeting on a separate device (i.e. laptop, ipad, smart phone, personal computer)

4. If you are not certain that you are a fully paid up member, please contact the membership secretary [email protected] as only fully paid up members as at 1.3.26 are eligible to attend and vote at the AGM.

The full agenda, copy of the certified accounts for the last financial year and minutes of the last AGM will be available for inspection by members on application to the Club’s Secretary fourteen days before the meeting (13.3.26)

The AGM is strictly for fully paid up members of the Large Munsterlander Club as at 1.3.26.

The Club welcomes nominations from members to join the management committee. Nomination forms (including for Treasurer) are included within the Newsletter and can also be obtained from the Secretary, Aly Prowse at [email protected]
