(Nb The meeting will be recorded for the purpose of taking minutes. Once the draft minutes are completed, the recording will be deleted)

1. Please log in using the meeting invitation link as highlighted in the above box

 2. The waiting room opens at 6.40pm to allow you sufficient time to join before the meeting start time of 7pm

 3. Important, please note: - Online voting will be carried out using the zoom voting system whereby each attendee will have a single vote. Therefore every member wishing to vote must join the meeting on a separate device (i.e. laptop, ipad, smart phone, personal computer)

4. If you are not certain that you are a fully paid up member, please contact the membership secretary [email protected] as only fully paid up members as at 1.3.26 are eligible to attend and vote at the AGM.

5. Agendas, Accounts to 31.12.25 and Minutes of the 2025 AGM are available from the Secretary, 14 days before the meeting (13.3.26) [email protected]
